Holds a Master&#8217;s in Dentistry with a concentration in Public Health from the Faculty of Dentistry at UFMG, and a Ph.D. in Animal Science with a concentration in Epidemiology from the School of Veterinary Medicine at UFMG. Holds a Master&#8217;s in Stomatology (Pathology) from the State University of Campinas (Piracicaba-2012), completed a sandwich Ph.D. in Stomatology (Pathology) at the State University of Campinas in collaboration with The University of Sheffield (Piracicaba\/Sheffield \u2013 England) (2015), and pursued postdoctoral studies at the State University of Campinas in collaboration with The University of Pretoria (Piracicaba\/Pretoria \u2013 South Africa).
